Allgemeine Nutzungsbedingungen
Diese Allgemeinen Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Website 013a.tech. Die Website ist informationell und vorvertraglich. Für kommerzielle Beauftragungen schließen wir einen separaten Master-Service-Agreement (MSA) mit zugehöriger Leistungsbeschreibung, Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) und Anlage „Technisch-organisatorische Maßnahmen" (TOM) ab.
1 · Vertragspartner
Anbieter dieser Website ist die natürliche Person Yannick Will, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 29, 75180 Pforzheim, in vorgründungsbezogener Tätigkeit als Gründer der 013a GmbH (in Gründung). Mit Eintragung der Gesellschaft tritt die 013a GmbH als Anbieter an seine Stelle. Vollständige Anbieterkennung siehe Impressum. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen richten sich ausschließlich an Unternehmer im Sinne des §14 BGB.
2 · Inhalt der Website
Sämtliche Inhalte dieser Website — Texte, Diagramme, Code-Beispiele — dienen der Information und Anbahnung. Sie stellen kein bindendes Angebot dar. Verbindlich sind ausschließlich schriftlich unterzeichnete Engagements.
3 · Geistiges Eigentum
Der AIA-Quellcode wird unter Apache License 2.0 (allgemeine Subsysteme) und AGPL 3.0 (Blockchain- und Settlement-Subsystem) bereitgestellt. „AIA", „Agentic Intelligence Architecture" und das AIA-Zeichen werden als Kennzeichen im geschäftlichen Verkehr genutzt; sie werden mit Eintragung der 013a GmbH und der entsprechenden Markenanmeldung auf die Gesellschaft übertragen. Bis dahin werden sie durch die natürliche Person Yannick Will geführt. Die Texte und Diagramme dieser Website sind, soweit nicht anders gekennzeichnet, urheberrechtlich geschützt; Inhaber ist bis zur Übertragung auf die 013a GmbH Yannick Will (© 2026).
4 · Haftung
Wir bemühen uns, die Inhalte dieser Website korrekt und aktuell zu halten. Eine Gewähr für die Fehlerfreiheit oder ständige Verfügbarkeit übernehmen wir nicht. Zukunftsgerichtete Aussagen — Roadmap, Termine, indikative Preise — sind illustrativ; bindend sind sie nur, soweit sie in einen unterzeichneten Vertrag aufgenommen wurden.

Kommerzielle Bereitstellungen — Managed, Hybrid und Sovereign — werden durch den unterzeichneten MSA, die jeweilige Leistungsbeschreibung, den AVV und die TOM-Anlage geregelt. Dort enthaltene Regelungen gehen abweichenden Bestimmungen dieser Website-AGB vor.

These General Terms of Use govern the use of the website 013a.tech. The website is informational and pre-contractual in nature. For commercial engagements, we conclude a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) with an associated statement of work, a data processing agreement (AVV), and an annex on “Technical and Organisational Measures” (TOM).

The provider of this website is the natural person Yannick Will, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 29, 75180 Pforzheim, acting in a pre-incorporation capacity as founder of 013a GmbH (in formation). Upon registration of the company, 013a GmbH takes his place as provider. For full provider identification, see the Legal Notice (Impressum). These Terms of Use are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 BGB.

All content on this website — texts, diagrams, code examples — serves informational and prospecting purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer. Only engagements signed in writing are binding.
3 · Intellectual property
The AIA source code is made available under the Apache License 2.0 (general subsystems) and the AGPL 3.0 (blockchain and settlement subsystem). “AIA”, “Agentic Intelligence Architecture”, and the AIA mark are used as commercial identifiers; they will be transferred to the company upon registration of 013a GmbH and the corresponding trademark application. Until then, they are held by the natural person Yannick Will. The texts and diagrams of this website are, unless marked otherwise, protected by copyright; the holder, until transfer to 013a GmbH, is Yannick Will (© 2026).
4 · Liability
We endeavour to keep the content of this website correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is free of errors or constantly available. Forward-looking statements — roadmap, dates, indicative prices — are illustrative; they are binding only to the extent they have been incorporated into a signed contract.
Otherwise, we are liable only for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for other damage based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For other damage, we are liable only where it results from the breach of a material contractual obligation, and in such cases limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from use of the website is Pforzheim (for first-instance regional court proceedings by subject matter, the Regional Court (Landgericht) of Karlsruhe), to the extent permitted by law.
